Katiuscia holds a diploma in hotel and tourism service from the Maffioli National Hotelier Institute, in Treviso, and her training background has been in four and five star hotels, as well independent restaurants in Italy and abroad.  Her managerial skills have enabled her to build a dedicated team, which, through attention to detail, has enhanced the level of customer care and service.
